Courier

The courier was leaving the item on my front porch! I caught him and had to ask if he could please bring the item in and he said no. I asked him to at least put it over the front step so I could drag it inside which was dangerous to me.

Whilst the machine is functional and fairly quiet, there were two parts missing and it has 3 design flaws: when pulling on the bar, the black tape obscures the computer; the footstraps are useless because they are designed for a giant; and the footplates make an annoying sound as the angle of your feet changes during each stroke.
