Good for walking

positives: A really nice, clean, simple design. Low price, good looks, easy to set up and use, compact, foldable, built in heart monitor matches Apple Watch readings. Good for walking .Magnetic safety line works instantly, so if you do lose your balance the machine stops moving in a blink. This has already saved my neck when I accidentally used a preprogrammed run program that took me by surprise and launched me off the back!
Cons: treadmill doesn’t tilt, instruction booklet is very vague and hard to read. The plastic console is warped and flimsy, the plastic handle bars feel a bit flimsy (and were grubby straight out of the box) but both are sturdier than they look.
Be careful using the set program settings unless you’ve thorough understood the manual first because the speed goes from walking to running pace so quickly you might get flung off the back!
