The Step is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and can be used to intensify your mat workout or if used with wrist or ankle weights can increase the calorie burn of your exercises. The height can be adjusted to one of three levels (15, 20 or 25cm) so as your fitness level increases your Step can be adjusted so it keeps challenging you.
