Handles are too high I feel like my arms are not where they should be. I have to hold onto the drink bottle holder when I walk as it’s not functional.
I keep getting electric shocks from the metal heart rate monitors ALL THE TIME !! Big huge electric shocks I cannot stand it.
Other than that the walking part is good

Height Adjustment of Arc Treadmill
Probably my fault for assuming this product had the height adjustment feature. I have to use a block to reduce the height of the product because in its real position it is too high. I hope this doesn’t affect the Lo nag term working of the treadmill.

Not only did they have the most cost effective product.
They returned calls after hours to help me. Assisted beyond norm to delivery enquiries. Generally a beautiful change to the "no customer service" service provided by most other suppliers of anything purchased.
Why does the pre-assembled inner workings of this bike grind so loudly? Yes i put the seat, handlebars and dashboard on but, something isn't right inside the pre-assembled part !!!!
My reformer arrived in a sturdy wooden box and was easy to assemble. Shipping was quick and affordable compared to other fitness companies. It made it safely all the way to Tasmania. Super happy with the service and quality of gear from Fitness at Home.
