This was fast delivered and arrived in one piece. The courier was one top bloke for delivering this. She's really nice to lift with and comfortable to hold, the Knurling is good. The spiral collars are a change to what I am use to it, but I am use to the heavier olpympic barbell, but this works nicely for the price. Highly recommend this piece.
