My name is Carla, and after having our three children, my husband Daniel and I noticed we’d spent less time focusing on our health and taking care of our fitness needs. The biggest need we needed to fill was how to get back into shape and stay fit, right at home.

Before children, we were both active. Running, Pilates, Yoga, bike rides... you name it, we did it, and we did it all together. We had great intentions of staying in shape, but our reality was children kept us busy and away from all the healthy activities we once loved.

So, in 2017, we decided Fitness At Home was most important - for many men and women. After dealing with the heartache of unreliable equipment, we set new goals of curating the best equipment available for people who want to work out and stay fit right at home.
