View full detailsForget booking classes, battling traffic, or skipping workouts because of weather. A spin bike at home means your ride, your time, your terms — with studio-level power at your fingertips.
Our Spin Bike range is built to give you everything you need for a full-body cardio experience. From beginner-friendly options to app-compatible smart bikes, you can stream workouts, monitor your stats, and adjust resistance for everything from recovery sessions to sweaty HIIT sprints.
Whether you're bouncing back from injury, building a home gym, or just sick of treadmill boredom, a spin bike is your ultimate low-impact, high-reward solution.
Spin bikes are designed for high-intensity, dynamic workouts — with heavier flywheels, adjustable resistance, and support for standing sprints and climbs. Regular exercise bikes are more relaxed and upright. If you want to simulate a real ride and burn serious calories, a spin bike is the better choice.
Absolutely. You control the intensity, so it’s as easy or challenging as you want it to be. Spin bikes are a great entry point for anyone starting cardio or looking for low-impact alternatives to running.
Yes — in fact, they’re often recommended for joint recovery. Spin bikes offer a smooth, low-impact cardio workout that puts far less strain on knees, hips, and ankles than running or jumping exercises.
Look for a sturdy frame, adjustable resistance, a comfortable seat, and optional tech like a digital display or app sync. A heavier flywheel usually means a smoother, more stable ride — especially for high-intensity sessions.
Most spin bikes are compact enough for apartments or home offices. They’re designed to be space-efficient, quiet, and easy to store — no gym room required.
Yes. Many of our customers use spin bikes for rehabilitation, mobility, or low-impact fitness goals. We’re happy to help with documentation or NDIS-compliant product info.
This company was absolutely fantastic!
Not only did they have the most cost effective product.
They returned calls after hours to help me. Assisted beyond norm to delivery enquiries. Generally a beautiful change to the "no customer service" service provided by most other suppliers of anything purchased.
Highly recommended.
Why does the pre-assembled inner workings of this bike grind so loudly? Yes i put the seat, handlebars and dashboard on but, something isn't right inside the pre-assembled part !!!!
Very nice people to deal with, very honest and respectful.
Fast delivery and a committed company to helping achieve better strength for older disabled customer. Thank you
My reformer arrived in a sturdy wooden box and was easy to assemble. Shipping was quick and affordable compared to other fitness companies. It made it safely all the way to Tasmania. Super happy with the service and quality of gear from Fitness at Home.
