Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. 
This means that we have received your order in our system.
 If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipping Charges:
In the unfortunate situation where we may need to request further shipping fees or cancel and offer a full refund if we are unable to process the order due to high courier rates for some remote and regional parts of Australia

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. 

We will send you tracking information once your order had been booked and shipped out of our warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

If you do not receive tracking information from us within six (6) business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@fitnessathome.com.au

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. 

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos and or videos at info@fitnessathome.com.au.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If for any reason, you want to return your item to Fitness at Home you may return it in its original condition and packaging, (unused and not assembled) within 30 days for a refund

- Initial shipping fees and a $25 cancellation fee shall be deducted
  • the postage for returning the items should also be yours to process. Please send us an email to arrange instructions and our full address.
If you choose to cancel before your order is shipped out of our warehouse, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
